The client and 9 To 5 Solutions agree on a billing rate and time frame. Once the contract is
started, 9 To 5 Solutions handles all human resource functions including payroll generation
and distribution, payroll tax withholding, state and federal reporting requirements and employer
related insurance administration.
CONTRACT TO HIRE
Contract-To-Hire Services give the company the ability to monitor the work performance of
a Consultant prior to making a formal offer of employment. With Contract-To-Hire Services, 9 To
5 solutions and the company agree on an hourly bill rate for the Contract period, the date the
Consultant will be converted to a regular employee of the company, a minimum number of
hours the Consultant must work as a 9 To 5 Solutions Consultant prior to conversion, and/or a
conversion fee which is payable to 9 To 5 Solutions once the Consultant is actually converted to
regular employee status with the company.
PERMANENT PLACEMENT
While searching for Permanent Placement Candidates, you will work directly with your
dedicated Senior Recruiter/Resource Manager. Our process of pre-qualifying technical
professionals, understanding your needs, and providing the perfect candidate help make our
Permanent Placement Service successful every time.
We pre-screen and interview all of our candidates to evaluate technical skills, define career
objectives, and verify professional and personal references.
